Worship in the World Music Program

On Sunday, June 29, at 10:30am the Immanuel Sanctuary Choir, under the direction of Minister of Music Dr. Tim Powell, will present Worship in the World, a captivating journey through culturally and historically significant worship music from around the globe. Join us as we explore the earliest known hymn, traverse the golden age of European sacred choral music, and immerse ourselves in the vibrant sounds of Africa, India, the Caribbean, and the rich traditions of American Camp Meetings and Spirituals.
